1 German Chocolate Cake Mix (Make cake as instructed on box)
1 can EAGLE BRAND sweetened condensed milk (optional)
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 C. SKOR bar bits or other English toffee bits (divided)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Directions:
Mix and bake cake as directed on box. Allow cake to cool. Poke top of cake with wooden spoon handle every 2 inches over entire surface. Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over entire cake paying close attention to filling holes in cake. Sprinkle cake with ¾ cup of the SKOR bar bits. Frost cake with Cool Whip to your liking and sprinkle remaining toffee bits on top of Cool Whip. Store cake in refrigerator until serving. Cake is best if refrigerated for several hours prior to serving. Cake may also be frozen prior to serving, just be sure to move to the refrigerator at least one hour prior to serving.
