1 (3 )) C. sifted all-purpose flour
3 (6) tsp. baking powder
(1) tsp. salt
2 (4) beaten egg yolks
1 (3) C. milk
(1) C. salad oil or melted shortening
2 (4) stiffly beaten egg whites
( ) amounts = double recipe

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine yolks, milk, and oil; stir into dry ingredients. Fold in whites, leaving a few fluffs. Bake. Makes three 10-inch waffles.
