6 eggs (Caution uses raw eggs) but extremely good)
3 3/4 Cups Sugar
10 1/2 cups whole milk
4 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients;mix well. Freeze in 6 quart freezer. Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
