Personal Notes:
Below is a recipe that I've used time and time again. I found it buried in a comment for a not-so-great banana bread recipe on epicurious.com. The majority of the reviews were in praise for the commenter's recipe contribution than the official recipe. This crazy find has been a favorite for me since 2009 and deserves a sacred place in Joe and Kristen's wedding recipe book. Because, you know, they're *bananas* for each other.
