64 oz Swanson fat free chicken broth
48 oz water
1 bunch celery diced
5 carrots, peeled and diced
1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
3 T butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 T instant chicken bouillon seasoning
1 T parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp bouquet garni
1 tsp salt free all purpose seasoning
3 boneless chicken breast - cut, boiled, and broken apart with fingers
1 1/2 c rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for the rice, and cook until vegetables are tender.

In separate pan, cook the rice then add to the soup base.
