1 c minced onions
1/4 c olive oil
2 T minced parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8-10 drops tobasco sauce
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 lg can tomato puree
1 T oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until yellow in oil then add remaining ingredients, slowly stirring. Boil then simmer for 3 hours.
Add meatballs and cook for another hour.

If you cook the meatballs in the sauce for the whole 4 hours, they become dry.
