1 cup butter
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup malted milk powder
2 T. chocolate syrup
1T. vanilla
1 egg
2 Cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar, malted milk powder, chocolate syrup and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes; add 1 egg. Combine dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks and 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Make into 2 inch balls, place 3 inches apart unto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pan.

This is one of my favorite cookies. Sometimes I add nuts and or toffee chips. We like to make these for desert and as soon as they come out of the oven, put a scoop of ice cream on top and top the ice cream with chocolate syrup.
