4 c cut up rhubarb
1 c sugar (or 1/2 c sugar & 12 pkgs sugar substitute - I have used all sugar substitute. I use 1 c splenda)
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry jello
2 c cake mix (use dry) white or yellow
1 c cold water
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cake 7x10 cake pan
Spread cut up rhubarb in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar then sprinkle with jello, then sprinkle with cake mix (dry).
Gently our 1 c cold water slowly over cake mix the dribble the melted butter over the top.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
