Use foil cup cake papers
1 lb cream cheese (2 8oz pkgs)
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with other ingredients until smooth and creamy.
In foil cup, place a vanilla wafer and about 1 T cheese mix.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes and then add fruit topping.
