8 slices Texas Toast without crust
2 eight ounce Pkg. cream cheese
12 eggs
1/3 c maple syrup
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Use a non stick spray on 9x13 pan. cube 8 slices of bread and place half in bottom of pan. Cube 2 eight ounce packages of cream cheese and place on top of bread cubes. Put remaining bread on top of cheese. Beat eggs, maple syrup, and milk together. Pour over bread and cheese. Please in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes of until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve with warmed maple syrup.
