8 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 T. real vanilla
1 gal. whole milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of carnation evaporated milk
a dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs,sugar,vanilla,and salt together. Add sweetened and evaporated, beat again. Pour into your ice cream maker. Add whole milk up to the 1 1/2 inch from the top. Mix well. You will need rock salt and plenty of ice. We use a White Mountain Ice Cream Maker.

You can make the ice cream mixture ahead of time, just put it in the refrigerator or freezer. This a family favorite. My grandpa made it when we were little. We would take turns churning. My mom became the next ice cream maker for her grandchildren. Steve has watched my mom for many years. Our children have been watching ! :)
