Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg boneless chick breast (about 4 pieces). I buy the chicken in a pkg that has already been cooked and is in pieces.
1/2 c or more of hot sauce (I like Franks)
1 pkg lite cream cheese
1 sm bottle of lite ranch dressing
1/2 c mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In crock pot with olive oil and garlic, add chicken and cook on high for 3-4 hrs until the chicken is falling apart (olive oil just enough to cover the bottom of the pot)

Shred the chicken
In a lg. bowl put shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, ranch and mozzarella cheese. Mix together.
Put in a baking dish for about 20 min at 350º.

Great served with celery or reduced calorie crackers, on top of salads or in a wrap.
