2 c freshly mashed potatoes (no milk added)
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion - chopped fine
1/2 cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
bottom and top crust

Directions:
Break up pork in pan with a fork. Add chopped onions, add just enough water to cover the pork. Cook over medium heat until all the water is absorbed. Stir frequently while cooking and cook for about 1 1/2 hours. If the water is absorbed before the cooking time is over, add more water to ensure that the pork is well done.
Remove access fat, add mashed potatoes, cinnamon, allspice, and mix well.
Fill the bottom of the crust, cover with the top crust and bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until well browned.
