1 can whole kernel corn
1 1/4 c flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 paprika
2 eggs
2 T milk
1 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from corn. Measure and sift into a bowl the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and paprika. Make a well into the center. Separate the eggs putting the yolks in the well. Add the milk, corn, & parsley. Blend well. Beat the whites until stiff and fold them in.

Fry in deep fat at 370º until golden brown or saute in a little fat in the skillet.
