2 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5 or 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In blender container or food processor with metal blade, combine strawberries, oil and eggs. Cover; process until well blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir until all dry particles are moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or unti toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
