1 lg head of radicchio salad
4 lg red beets
1 Chinese pear
1/2 lemon (washed and use grated skin)
1/2 orange (use juice & grated skin from lemon & orange)
1/3 cup of olive or your favorite oil, 1 tsp of mustard, red wine vinegar to taste, salt & pepper
1-2 garlic cloves (crushed)
16-20 pecan nuts or what you like best

Directions:
Directions:
Boil red beets until tender (use gloves to peel skin off) let cool and cut into bite size chunks.
Peel and cut pear into squares or strips.
Tear radicchio salad into bite size pieces and mix with red beets, pear
and salad dressing. Warm pecans in the oven or frying pan and add to
the salad. Enjoy

The beets need a bit of cooking time, everything else is easy and fast.
You could add other nuts as well. I just stuck to the original my friend
