Celery Root (diced) 1 medium
Fennel (diced) 1 bunch
Garlic (diced) 4 cloves
Carrots (diced) 4 medium
Turnips (diced) 2 medium
Kidney Beans 1 can
Tomatoes (diced) 28 ounce can
Vegetable Bullion 4 cubes
Cabbage (chopped) 1/2 head
Water as needed

Directions:

Sauté Onions, Fennel and celery root in olive oil until golden brown. Add everything else and heat to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.
