4 to 5 boneless chicken breast (can use bone in but I prefer boneless)
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp poppy seed
1 stick of butter
3 cups of corn flakes (you can sub this with 2 sleeves of ritz crackers)

Preheat oven to 350º
Boil chicken breast (drain and shred chicken), mix shredded chicken, 8 oz sour cream, celery soup, chicken soup, and poppy seed, add salt & pepper to taste.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish pour chicken mixture into baking dish, somewhat crumble the cornflakes (or ritz crackers crumbled) on to top of chicken mixture, melt stick of butter pour evenly over the top of casserole bake 35 to 45 mins. until brown on top and edges are bubbling.
