2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup corn oil
1 cup starter
6 cups bread flour (all purpose flour is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix starter, water and oil together. Add sugar and salt, then stir in flour until dough becomes stiff. Grease another bowl (or use same bowl); turn dough over in it. Let stand overnight covered with foil or cloth. Next morning, divide into 3 loaves. Knead each one on a floured surface 8-10 times. Put into greased loaf pans-brush with oil, cover with waxed paper. Let rise 4-5 hours, or all day. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and pan and brush with butter. Cool on rack. Wrap up well and store in refrigerator. May be frozen.
