*Refrigerate 3-5 days, take out and feed with:

3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
1 cup warm water (hottest from tap)

Mix well and add to starter. Let stand on counter (warm place) 8-10 hours. Mixture will be bubbly. Take out 1 cup to make bread (or share with a friend). Return rest to refrigerator. Refrigerate 3-5 days and feed again. If not making bread, throw away (or give away) 1 cup of starter - after feeding and sitting out 8-10 hours.

1 Feed starter in morning - let sit out all day
2. Make dough that evening; let rest overnight
3. Knead dough in morning and let rise in pans all day (at least 4-5 hours)
. Bake in afternoon.
