1 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
2 c. presifted flour
2 c. pecans (measured before ground on Mouley Nut Grater)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate nuts in Mouley Nut Grater. Cream butter; blend in sugar, salt, vanilla and water. Add flour and ground pecans and blend well. Chill if dough is soft. Shape into fingers or balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes. Roll or place gently in plastic bag 5 or 6 at a time in powdered sugar while still warm. Place on waxed paper to cool and sprinkle powdered sugar again with sieve.
