Ingredients:  
1 box white cake mix (can substitute coconut cake mix)
1 small bag coconut
1 can cream of coconut
1 container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed and add 1/2 bag coconut to mix. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and immediately poke holes in cake and pour the cream of coconut over hot cake. Let cool in refrigerator, ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Must be refrigerated.
