1/2 c. flour
2 T. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar + 2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. oil
chicken cutlets

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. hot sauce
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, cornstarch, 2 T sugar, baking powder.
Whisk in water and oil.
Add chicken pieces and stir.
Heat oil in pan. Fry 3-4 minutes each side.

Sauce: whisk brown sugar, sugar, hot sauce, and honey.
Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
