½ cup butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
½ tsp. baking soda
1 ¾ cup mini M & M’s baking bits
Granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg, orange zest and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in baking bits. Shape dough into 1” balls; place about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Gently flatten cookies with bottom of greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes.
