1 8oz. cream cheese bar
4 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package ranch dressing mix
5-6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in whatever you have, I prefer boneless)
Directions:
Directions:
Place the cream cheese and butter in a microwave safe bowl and nuke for 1-2 minutes to soften the cream cheese and melt the butter.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and the ranch dressing mix to the softened cream cheese and butter mixture, stir until blended (it's ok if it's still kind of lumpy). (If you would like it thinner I add about a 1/2 cup of milk and I do prefer the thinner sauce.)
Place the thawed pork chops in the bottom of a slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray (I use the crock pot liners they are much easier cleanup).
Spread the cream cheese, soup,ranch mixture over the pork. Cover and cook on Low 7-8 hours. serve with rice my family prefers the yellow rice
