2 T. meat drippings, if available
1 c. tomato juice or whole tomatoes
2 T. gravy flour
small amount of cold water to mix flour in
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and water to make smooth paste. Add drippings and tomatoes. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook until thickened.

This gravy is great served with pork chops or meat loaf. Gravy flour should be mixed into cold liquids to prevent lumping.
