2 medium sized onions chopped
2 green peppers(also good when you use a combination of red, yellow, orange, and green
2 pounds of ground(if you want to spice the sauce up, use ground 1 pound of Italian Sausage
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato paste
1 medium sized tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes or stew tomatoes
mushrooms(small can drained and chopped, best when fresh)
olives(small jar drained and chopped)
grated Parmesan cheese
spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Put olive oil in skillet then add onions, ground beef, and peppers brown in a skillet.
Add the remainder of ingredients, except for olives and mushrooms and allow to simmer for 45-60 minutes.

Cook spaghetti in salted water until done. Do not under or over cook spaghetti.
