4 cups black beans
1/4 med red onion

1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TSP cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Pour black beans into a colander, rinse well and drain. Add the beans to a food processor along with everything except salt, egg, and breadcrumbs [parsley, onion, garlic, sriracha, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, cumin and fresh cracked pepper (about 20 cranks)]. Process until everything is combined and the mixture looks pasty with a few chunks.

2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and season with salt.

3. Whisk egg and stir into mixture. Stir in bread crumbs. The mixture should stick together if squeezed in your hand. Adjust bread crumbs up or down until able to make a party shape.

4. Use hands to form patties. Coat skillet with nonstick spray and cook patties over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side. Patties should be brown and crisp on outside and slightly firm to the touch.
