5 T light mayo
3 T Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil
4 C cooked brown rice
4 T green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha. Set aside.

Coat shrimp with cornstarch, mixing well.

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. When oil is hot, add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and combine with sauce coating well.

Serve over brown rice and top with green onions.
