10-12 potatoes
onion

8 eggs
black pepper
4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Grate onions and potatoes in food processor.

Mix other ingredients together in 9X13 pan.
Pour in potato mixture.

Bake 450º for 1 hour, uncovered.
Cover and bake 220º overnight- place a pan of water on the rack underneath the kugel pan.
