1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 4oz box butterscotch mix - not instant
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar and pudding mix. Add egg and beat well. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, soda, ginger and cinnamon. Stir into creamed mixture.

Mix well and chill 2-3 hours. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.Cut out shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 6-8 minutes at 350º

Icing:

Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 T. frozen lemonade. Add water if needed.
