Pork Loin - I usually get a 5 to 7 pound - Boston Butt also works.
1 can (20 oz?) crushed pineapple in it's own juice - no sugar added
1 bag (10 oz?) dried cranberries or cranraisins

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from roast.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Cover with pineapple and cranberries.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours
It's just that easy!
Serves 4-6 people.
Use larger roast for more peple and/or leftovers.

Super quick to start before work in the morning! The roast can be larger, depending on number of people you are serving, and/or how many leftovers you want! I usually serve with a rice and a vegetable, maybe even a salad.
