1 (8oz.) package crescent rolls
1 lb. pork sausage
1 cup Ore-Ida potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 oz. egg beaters of 5 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in medium skillet until brown; drain and set aside.
2. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles; place with elongated points toward center in a greased pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle potatoes and cheese over sausage.
3. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
