2 cups almond meal/flour
1 cup oats
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup light vanilla soy milk
2 eggs
1 TBSP. baking powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 TBSP ground flax seed
2 TBSP honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all of the above ingredients together! Divide the batter into 15 muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes. They will start to get brown around the edges. Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes so they will be easier to remove.
