1 (3 oz.) package orange jello
1 (3 oz.) package lemon jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup water
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup chopped celery (chop well)
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 - 2/3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling pineapple juice and water. Cool until it starts to congeal. Mix together all other ingredients. Fold into jello mix. Let set until firm.
