2 lbs. lean pork, cubed (such as pork loin)
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup raisins
10 oz. can of oranges, drained

Coat meat in flour. Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Brown meat on all sides. Transfer to 2 quart casserole. Discard fat in frying pan. Pour orange and lemon juice in pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir cornstarch into water. Pour into juice stirring as you bring to a boil. Pour over meat. Add raisins and orange sections. Stir lightly. Cover and bake in 350ºF oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until cooked through and very tender.
