1 egg
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup milk
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup rice

Sauce:
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine egg, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, milk - mix well. Add beef to rice. Beat together with a fork. Wrap in previously frozen or steamed cabbage. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake covered at 350ºF for 1-1/2 hours, or until done.

Personal Notes:
I often increase recipe to use a whole cabbage, adding 1 lb. ground pork to the beef, increasing rice to 1 heaping cup and milk to 1 cup. Double the sauce and divide into two pans.
