1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup butter

Sauce:
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wings 1/2 hour (optional). Cut off tips of wings and discard. Cut wing into two at joint. Put flour in a bag; beat egg. Dip wings in egg, then flour. Fry wings in butter until golden brown. Place wings in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour over wings. Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes.
