Ingredients:
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Hershey'sİ cocoa powder
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg white, whisked
1 tsp. vanilla extract
chocolate morsels (optional)
confectioners sugar or whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and blend well. Pour mixture into a large, microwave-safe coffee mug*. Top cake mixture with chocolate morsels. Put the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and let cool (caution--mug will be hot). Once cool, run a butter knife around the inside of the mug to loosen cake. Turn mug upside down onto a dessert plate to remove the cake from the mug. Serve warm cake with ice cream, or top the cake with confectioners sugar, whipped cream or chocolate syrup.

Personal Notes:
*The cake usually doesn't stick, however you can also spray the mug with a little nonstick cooking spray.
