2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together in a bowl. Boil water, butter, oil and cocoa together and pour the boiling mixture over the dry ingredients, mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan and dust with cocoa, Pour batter into the pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting: Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil; add powdered sugar and walnuts and mix well. Frost cake immediately after removing it from the oven. Cool before cutting.
