2 quarts freshly popped popcorn, unsalted
1 cup broken pretzel pieces
1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts (or pecans)
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine popcorn, pretzels, and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Combine butter and soy sauce; pour over popcorn mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Sprinkle with dressing mix, tossing gently. Spread mixture in a 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes.
