1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. plus 2 T. sugar
2 c. plus 2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
2eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. orange or lemon extract
Frosting:
1/2 c. butter or margarine
6 T. milk
3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 t. orange or lemon extract
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 375. Bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add while hot the flour sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Add extract. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Frosting: Boil butter and milk. remove from heat and stir in confectioners sugar add orange or lemon extract. Frost cake while still warm. Add nuts if desired.
