1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
36 candy kisses
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and walnuts, beat on low speed until blended. Cover, refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until dough is firm enough to handle. Remove wrappers from kisses. Heat oven to 375º. Use one tablespoon of dough to cover each kiss completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly, while still slightly warm, roll in powdered sugar.
