2 Chopped Onions
2 Chopped Green Onions
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
2 Sticks of Celery Chopped
1 1/2 Sticks of Margarine
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
2 lbs. Crawfish Tails or 4 lbs. of Shrimp
1/2 to 1 Small Can Jalapeño relish (if you use shrimp)
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 C Half and Half Cream
12 Oz Fettuccine Pasta
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, bell peppers, celery, green onions in margarine until soft. Add flour, parsley and crawfish or shrimp and let cook about 15 minutes. Add jalapeño relish (if using shrimp), processed cheese, and half and half. Cook fettuccine until tender, drain, mix into seafood mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.
