1 lg. head lettuce
1 pt. fresh strawberries 1 red onion chopped and any other veg of your choice
Dressing: 1 cup mayo,4 tbs. white vinegar, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup homogenized milk, 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce and assemble salad. Mix milk with sugar, mayo, vinegar and poppy seeds in a lg. jar and toss. Put dressing on salad just before serving
