8 inch deep pie crust
1 ½ c. grated swiss cheese( or dice slices finely)
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
½ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. powdered mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Beat eggs and mix in cream, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard. Place any meats or veggies you would like into the pie crust. Spread the swiss cheese on top. Pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie pan. Bake at 350 º for 45-55 minutes.
