2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
1 #2 crushed pineapple
1 t salt
2 eggs

Icing
1 cup sugar
1 can small evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 11x16 pan at 325* for 3--35 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients and put on cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
