2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter, at room temperature
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Whisk flour with soda and salt; reserve. At medium speed beat sugars until combined. Add butter; beat until sandy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until just combined. Add reserved flour mixture and 1 cup chips. At low speed beat until combined. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Press remaining chips into dough mounds. Bake 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes. Transfer to racks; cool completely.
