2 tube 8oz crescent rolls
2/3c. finely crushed tortilla chips ( divided)
2 c. finely chopped cooked rotiserie chicken ( skin removed)
3/4 c. shredded mexican cheese blend
1/2 c. mayonaise ( best foods only)
1 can 4oz chopped green chillies, undrained
1/4 c. chopped pitted ripe olives
1 plum tomatoe ( seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 tablespoon lime juice
Garnish:
1c. sour cream
1 c. salsa
2 plum tomatoes sliced
1 med. lime halved and sliced

grease a 12 inch pizza pan. unroll crescent dough. sprinkle with 1/4 c. tortilla chips press down gently. seperate into 16 triangles place wide end of one triangle, chip side down, 3 inches from edge of prepared pan, with point hanging over edge of the pan. repeat with remaining triangles over lapping the wide ends. ( dough will look like a sun when done) lightly press wide ends together. in small bowl, combine chcken , chhese, mayonaise, chillies, olives, tomatoe, taco seasoning, lime juice and remaining tortilia chips. spoon over wide ends of dough. fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under wide ends ( filling will be visable)
bake at 375 º for 20-25 min or until golden brown, garnish with sour cream, slasa tomatoes and lime
