1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
2 (16 oz.) cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chicken soup, onion, butter, parsley, pepper and salt. Transfer to an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour until heated through.
